Yoatz Nutrition Facts

Over the recent years we have seen all kinds of products on the market involving Greek yogurt mixed with other products. We have seen Greek yogurt covered raisins, Greek yogurt covered pretzels, Greek yogurt protein bars, cereal with Greek yogurt and the list goes on. A lot of these products just appear to be capitalizing off Greek yogurt’s popularity and are not necessarily great tasting products. One product that came to our attention recently that actual makes sense is Yoatz (Greek yogurt + oatmeal).

Yoatz is a combination of 4% Greek yogurt and oatmeal with fruit for the majority of the products. The flavors are Apple Cinnamon, Banana Cinnamon, Blueberry Flax, Original, Peach, and Strawberry Chia. According to Yoatz, the products have no antibiotics, growth hormones, stabilizers, pectin, added colors, or preservatives. All products are certified organic, gluten-free, and GMO free. You will notice in the nutrition data below that all products have 6 grams or less of sugar, which is super low for a yogurt product. The company uses a combination of organic stevia extract and organic honey to obtain the sweetness. We have not been able to taste test Yoatz because it is only sold in California according to the company website.
